A little bit about me…
 

Movement has always been an essential part of my life.
Learning how to listen to my body will always be an essential part of my growth.

I grew up in a very active home. With competitive triathletes and adventure racers as parents, being active was inevitable. Both of my parents are personal trainers and developed a family gym space that was truly ahead of its time. As a family, we continued to build community through inspiring others to feel their best. My love for fitness and wellness only continued to deepen as I left home to explore more of the world.

I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside experts in movement and mobility and training in some of the top fitness facilities in NYC, the Bahamas and Bali. Exploring has played an integral role in my education, experience and ultimately expanding what I can offer you. As my method continues to evolve, so will you.

It is my belief, that to truly up-level how we move through life… we must first know our baseline, set our intention and then we can create magic through movement.

Together we will utilize metrics and heart rate zones to create functional, effective and sustainable workouts. I believe stretching and recovery are an essential part of the process. My approach is holistic, well-rounded and individualized. I understand the importance of knowing your body, listening to your body and falling in love with how your body works for you.
